Still in the planning stages, map to follow!
Trying to decide whether to pass through Glasgow (home town) or Edinburgh (full of family also). The old A74 road from Carlisle seems conveinient, but unsure about safety of cycling through Glen Coe, although undoubtedly the most dramatic scenery en route, could be a little hairy.
On the other hand, I’ve already cycled part ofthe east coast way and don’t really want to repeat my tracks… Think I’m coming closer to a decision.
